Tailgating is about fun, food and friends. It’s about coming together and creating your own front porch to the world. It’s about sharing food, drink, stories, humor and good old fashioned hospitality. It is, truly, the American Way!!
So, in the spirit of sharing, the USTGA has compiled an incredible list of tailgating recipes for your enjoyment. All of these recipes are tried and true and tested by other professional tailgaters. They are the best of the best. Some you can create at home and pack along…but most are based on our primal need to gather around a fire and watch the stuff cook before our eyes. In other words…they are REAL tailgating recipes!
